If you have any additional needs please let our staff know so that we can help you, and also ensure you get the same support in the future.

Disabled Access

Cedar House Practice
There is access for disabled patients via the ramp at the front of the premises. Please ring the doorbell which is placed at wheelchair height at the front of the surgery if assistance to enter the building is required. A disabled WC is available to the left of the reception area. The practice has a portable induction loop available at reception.

The practice regrets that there is no patient parking at the main Cedar House Surgery site.

Dumbelton Medical Centre
There is limited patient parking at the Dumbelton Medical Centre, with a designated disabled parking space. However, there is a large supermarket car park adjacent to the branch surgery.

Eaton Socon Health Centre
Our aim is to enable all our patients to use the services at our sites as easily as possible. All clinical services in our building are offered on the ground floor with easy access to rooms.

There are parking spaces outside the surgery which are reserved for patients (identified by a disabled sign).

There is a wheelchair available for use in the surgery. We have disabled toilet facilities.

Disabled Parking – Blue Badge Scheme

The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

For more information and an Application Form visit your local council office.

Loop System

We have a loop induction system at Reception to assist the hearing impaired.

If you or your family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you an accessible electronic version or large print of our Practice leaflet upon request. Please ask our staff for further information.
